Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. Hair bundles must remain unopened and unaltered, and lace products must have uncut lacewith no signs of installation, styling, or product use. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
